RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Return Policy

In order to return merchandise, you must first Contact Us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Return Shipping Address from our Customer Service Department, since we have several supplier warehouse locations and addresses. You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. We may charge a restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging as outlined under the conditions listed below.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued for: Returned or Undelivered Merchandise and for Duplicate Payments.

Restocking Guidelines

A restocking fee is an amount charged by a seller for accepting a returned merchandise and paying a refund. In other words, it is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.

NOTE:

We are not required to accept returns beyond the return window, but if we do, we may charge a restocking fee following the guidelines outlined in the table below:

Chocolate products may be delivered melted in the summer. We do not offer refunds or discounts of any kind for melted or damaged chocolates.
