Return Policy

In order to return merchandise, you must first Contact Us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Return Shipping Address from our Customer Service Department, since we have several supplier warehouse locations and addresses. You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. We may charge a restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging as outlined under the conditions listed below.


You will not be charged return shipping fees when you return qualifying orders on time as detailed below in our free return shipping program offered in partnership with PayPal below:

How it Works

1. Pay with PayPal: Offer applies to eligible purchases made with PayPal.* Save your PayPal receipt.
2. Send something back: Save proof of your return. We'll refund up to $30 of return shipping costs for each request. You are eligible to receive up to 12 refunds per calendar year (between January 1st and December 31st).
3. Request a refund: File your request within 30 days of the return shipping date.
4. Get your refund: If your claim is approved, we'll send a refund to your PayPal account within 10 business days.

Restocking Guidelines

A restocking fee is an amount charged by a seller for accepting a returned merchandise and paying a refund. In other words, it is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.


We are not required to accept returns beyond the return window, but if we do, we may charge a restocking fee following the guidelines outlined in the table below:

Chocolate products may be delivered melted in the summer. We do not offer refunds or discounts of any kind for melted or damaged chocolates.
